Jonny Tig Industries Isuzu D-Max Front Mount Intercooler Kit 2021

We are pleased to release our massive intercooler upgrade for the new Mazda BT/ Isuzu Dmax. Featuring one of our massive 660x300x80mm lightweight generation 3 cores. We have engineered this unit for maximum thermal efficiency with a totally unique piping approach. Traditionally the vehicle routes piping through the small spaces either side of the radiator. The problem here is piping must be kept to 2". We have designed a system that runs piping under the headlights with 2.25" hot and 2.5" cold, all whilst keeping piping length to an absolute minimum. We have also done away with the restrictive plastic intake elbow.

The kit includes our incredibly efficient gen3 cooler. All mandrel bent alloy pipework, silicones, clamps, air dams etc. Designed for the Isuzu 4jj3 running in stock configuration all the way up for guys pushing 400+hp.
